Mr. Khalil offers skills gained from almost 38 years of large infra-structure, power and water projects in 16 countries. His experience in power has included restructuring utilities involving generation, transmission, and distribution. He has been responsible for the construction of over thirty thousand megawatts.. He has developed the restructuring of entire electricity markets for several nations, to include new and renewable energy sectors in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Both country programs to include photovoltaic, wind, CSP and other renewable technologies and energy storage systems. Currently he is overseeing the development of two of the largest power plants in the SEC fleet being executed under the EPCM approach. Ramses Khalil also possesses strong financial, economic and management skills that have resulted from his engineering and business degrees.
