Chesta Ruttanapun received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics from Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand, in 1998 and 2003, respectively and the Ph.D. degree in applied physics from the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2011. He is an Associate Professor of physics with the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. His current research interests include materials physics for energy, graphene oxide (GO), reduced GO (rGO), and smart cement-based materials, which is focused on the fabrication, characterization, properties, mechanical transport, and applications of supercapacitor, thermoelectric, and optical materials. The materials of interest include GO and rGO, oxide materials, Mg2Si, and C12A7 and C3AH6 cement-based materials.
