Day 1 (October 18): Pre-conference ‘Closed Circuit’ roundtables (invite only), and the official Evening Welcome Reception. Day 2 & Day 3 (October 19-20): Keynote addresses, track sessions (Operate, Deploy, Invest, Electirc Fleet, Tech Talks), Expo floor hours, and EV Connect 1:1 meeting blocks.

If you're planning to join us for the 'Closed Circuit' roundtables and Welcome Reception, please arrive by the morning of Day 1 (18 October). If traveling from outside Continental Europe, we recommend arriving the evening prior. The event concludes in the afternoon on Day 3 (20 October), so we suggest booking a late afternoon or evening departure flight.

By Transit: Metro Line 52 stops directly at Europaplein (in front of the venue). Station Amsterdam RAI train station is a short 3-minute walk away.

By Car & Parking: Located off the A10 ring road (Exit S109). On-site multi-story parking garages offer over 4,000 parking spaces equipped with EV charging stations.

Business casual attire is recommended. Session rooms and exhibition halls are climate-controlled, so wearing layers and comfortable footwear is advised.
