Neeraj Gupta is a seasoned logistics and supply chain leader with over 14 years of international experience across Canada, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and India. Holding an MBA in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree, he has successfully driven large-scale operations, transportation, and digital transformation initiatives. Currently Regional Head of Operations & Commercial- Road Freight at DHL Global Forwarding MEA, Neeraj manages road freight across 26 countries, leading multicultural teams and delivering innovative customer solutions. He has spearheaded strategic projects including the launch of Saloodo!, DHL’s digital road freight marketplace and the DHL–Etihad Rail JV “Rail Direct,”. With strong expertise in P&L management, fleet optimization, stakeholder engagement, and technology integration, Neeraj combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver scalable, sustainable logistics solutions.
