An International Development & Financing Expert having over 34 years of experience as a Founding CEO / MD, Developer, Advisor, Director, Sustainability Controller, Banking Officer and Specialist, gained in 40 countries (in the Middle East, Africa, West & Central Asia and the Balkan regions), focusing on Economic & Social Infrastructure PPPs, Climate Finance, Islamic Finance, Structured & Project Finance, ESG , SMEs Financing, Renewable Energy & Energy Storage, Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus, and International Business Development.   Mr. Al Khoshman held professional and executive positions with several international financial institutions (The World Bank, Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Standard Chartered Bank, and the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) – IsDB Group, KSA) and multinational corporations (ABB Group – Switzerland, DAR (Sidara Engineering Group) – Egypt, Kharafi Group – Kuwait, and Drake & Scull International – UAE). Mr. Al Khoshman also held an Executive Director position with LEVANT CAPITAL, a Private Equity Fund based in Dubai – UAE, and a career starter position with the United Nations – ESCWA. From September 2019 to October 2020, Mr. Al Khoshman served the Government of Jordan as Advisor to the Prime Minister & Head of the National PPP Program.   Mr. Al Khoshman holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering (1990) from the University of Jordan, an M.Sc. degree in Sustainable Planning & Environmental Control (1994) from the University of Manchester – UK, a Professional Training Diploma in Project & Development Finance (1998-99) from Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) jointly with the World Bank Institute – USA, a Professional Training Diploma in Islamic Banking & Sharia-Compliant Finance (1998) from the IsDB Institute, Jeddah – KSA and a Professional Training Diploma in Corporate Finance & Credit Analysis (1999) from DC-Gardner/EUROMONEY Institute – UK.   In 2025, Mr. Al Khoshman is holding the following positions:
