Dr. Thammanoon Hengsadeekul is a distinguished expert with over three decades of experience in real estate development, construction management, and infrastructure planning. His professional journey has been defined by a deep commitment to advancing sustainable practices, strategic project execution, and academic excellence. His specialized fields include construction and real estate project management, property valuation, and the innovative application of vetiver grass technology in alignment with the Royal Initiatives of King Rama IX. Dr. Thammanoon began his academic career in 2007 as Program Chair for Strategic Logistics Management at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The following year, he joined King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) as Associate Dean for Administration and Program Chair of Real Estate Management at the Graduate School of Management and Innovation. During his tenure, he spearheaded numerous research and academic service projects, particularly in rail infrastructure development and standardization. Currently, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Logistics and Digital Supply Chain, Naresuan University, where he leads teaching and research in construction supply chain management, traffic and transportation engineering, and transport policy and planning. Beyond academia, Dr. Thammanoon is an in-demand guest lecturer, external examiner, and keynote speaker, regularly invited by leading universities, research institutions, and professional forums both in Thailand and internationally. He also serves as a member of the Sub-committee for Future Mobility, Logistics, Energy, Chemicals and Biomaterials, and Circular Economy Plan Cluster under the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC), Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council—contributing to national strategies that drive Thailand’s competitiveness in a rapidly evolving global economy.
