 
Born in Makassar on 13 January 1971, Cakra Achmad is a graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Faculty of Industrial Technology, majoring in Physics Engineering. He is currently the Chairman of APPLTSI, Executive Director of the Disaster and Climate Tech Hub Indonesia Chapter, President Director of PT Penta Utama Manunggal, and Founder & Chairman of the Gemma Nine Foundation. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has led NGOs, consulting firms, and private sector projects in renewable energy, sustainable community development, and strategic business planning. He has collaborated with international partners such as Oxfam and Caritas on poverty reduction, disaster response, and SME development. His expertise covers energy transition, community empowerment, and integrating sustainability into both public policy and industry practices.
