Mandatory C11 Indonesian Business Visa for Foreign Exhibitors

To ensure smooth participation and compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations, all foreign nationals planning to exhibit at EVCharge Live Indonesia 2025 must enter Indonesia using a C11 Business Visa.
 
The C11 Visa is specifically intended for business visits such as:
  • Participating in exhibitions and trade shows
  • Participating in business ventures
 
This requirement applies to all foreign nationals, including citizens of ASEAN countries. Please note that visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival cannot be used for exhibition activities.
 
IMPORTANT:
Entering Indonesia without the proper C11 Visa for exhibition purposes may result in denial of entry, fines, deportation, or other immigration penalties.
 
We strongly advise all exhibitors to arrange all their visas in advance to avoid any issues at immigration.
