Zoe has previously held roles as the Director of Clinical Governance and Head of Public Health at Bupa Australia and New Zealand, and Chair of the Board of Dental Health Services Victoria. Zoe also has deep expertise and a continued advocacy focus on the importance of sex and gender differences across health from basic research, quality and safety, clinical guidelines and health systems implications. Zoe has expertise in health system innovation and design, through her work at local, state, national and international levels in value based health care. Zoe also has experience in Global health having worked with multiple regional neighbors in areas of non communicable disease control, safe and appropriate use of pain relief (in partnership with the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime and the Australian Mission to Vienna), cardiothoracic surgery and tobacco control.
