Winnie Wu is a physiotherapist and health founder focused on integrative, preventive care. Her work tackles the sustainability of private practice. She designs care models that deliver better outcomes for patients, reduce clinician burnout and keep skilled professionals in the industry. She founded Movement Laboratory and Papaya Clinic in Sydney. Both run hybrid models that combine in-clinic treatment with digital programs that support patients between visits. Through The Clinic Project, Winnie works with women who own allied health clinics in Australia, Canada and Singapore. She helps them build the systems, leadership and technology that make a practice sustainable. She has coached over 200 clinic owners since 2023 and created a Practical AI for Allied Health Training for 74 clinics in 2026. She was named Outstanding Allied Health Practitioner at the Patient Choice Awards. Papaya Clinic was a Telstra Business Awards finalist.
