He currently chairs or serves as director of several cutting-edge technology companies delivering world-class solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Warren is Vice Chair of the Medical Technology Association of Australia, and a Non‑Executive Director of Biomotum, advancing robotic ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) that enhance mobility and rehabilitation. As Executive Chairman of OmnisOva, he leads innovation in low‑allergen chicken eggs through elite avian genetic editing licensed from CSIRO. As Independent Chairman of Agscent, he supports NASA‑derived methane sensors and breath testing devices diagnosing pregnancy in cattle.
