Warren Bingham is a respected leader in medical technology and healthcare innovation with a proven track record of more than 30 years successfully commercialising disruptive technologies and bringing groundbreaking innovations to global markets. As Founder and Executive Chairman of MedTech International, Warren now draws on decades of experience to guide and support CEOs through strategic commercialisation, global expansion, and leadership development. He currently chairs or serves as director of several cutting-edge technology companies delivering world-class solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Warren is Vice Chair of the Medical Technology Association of Australia, and a Non‑Executive Director of Biomotum, advancing robotic ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) that enhance mobility and rehabilitation. As Executive Chairman of OmnisOva, he leads innovation in low‑allergen chicken eggs through elite avian genetic editing licensed from CSIRO. As Independent Chairman of Agscent, he supports NASA‑derived methane sensors and breath testing devices diagnosing pregnancy in cattle. He also serves as Chair for The CEO Institute and is a sought‑after coach, motivational speaker, and Master of Ceremonies (MC), inspiring audiences with insights on purpose, innovation, and leadership. Deeply committed to creating social impact, Warren has served as an Ambassador for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout (2010–2025), is the National Ambassador for Diabetes Australia, and contributes as an expert coach for accelerators including CSIRO ON, the Hunter Medical Research Institute, Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s Remarkable, and Taronga HATCH. Highlights of his career include establishing the ANZ subsidiary of Given Imaging Ltd, which pioneered the PillCam® capsule endoscopy technology. His leadership helped secure its inclusion on Australia’s Medicare Benefits Scheme and supported the company’s growth to a $1B trade sale. A multi-award-winning industry contributor, Warren was a finalist in the 2016 Australian Institute of Management’s Excellence in Leadership Awards, recognised by AusBiotech in 2018 for his Outstanding Contribution to AusMedtech, appointed Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University in 2019, and received the MTAA Outstanding Achievement Award in 2021 for his significant contributions to patient outcomes and industry leadership.
