Dr Vaibhav Garg pairs clinical dentistry with his legal qualifications as a Solicitor and Barrister at Campbell Law and hands-on health enterprise management. Vaibhav lives his ideals, supporting health businesses with structured and sustainable growth through his consultancy, Salud Plus. As Senior Dentist and Manager Oral Health, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Vaibhav was at the forefront of engaging industry to bring the latest technology and evidence-based practice to deliver gold standard care in some of Australia's toughest remote environments. He is an advocate for young professionals, including through his current role as Lecturer in Oral Health at Charles Darwin University. He has significant standing in the profession as former President of the Australian Dental Association (SA Branch), and currently sits on its Finance, Risk and Audit Committee. Vaibhav hopes to bring about structural change to enable more clinicians to innovate in Oral Health and create new ways of working that revolutionise service delivery bringing care to those who need it most.
