Trisha is an experienced healthcare leader with over a decade in surgical services and patient flow management. She spent 10 years leading the Elective Waitlist and Pre-admission Clinic, progressing into senior roles including Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist. Trisha later became Program Manager for SurgFit, where she led the design and implementation of an innovative, multidisciplinary model of care that optimised patient readiness for surgery. Through digitally supported pathways and service redesign, she successfully scaled SurgFit into a sustainable program, improving surgical outcomes and system efficiency. With a passion for digital health and service transformation, Trisha brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to improving patient experiences across the healthcare continuum.
