Tracey Webster OAM is Director of the Clinical Leadership, Effectiveness and Outcomes (CLEO) Team at Northern Health, helping to lead transformation in value-based healthcare and digital innovation. With over 30 years’ experience as a nurse, senior manager and health service leader across the UK and Australia, she has advanced patient-centred care in community, rural, metropolitan and virtual settings. A leader in virtual healthcare, Tracey has driven new models of care that improve access and outcomes, particularly for vulnerable populations. In 2024, she was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for her outstanding contribution to nursing, innovation and the community.
