Tim Deveson is a healthcare technology and commercial leader with more than a decade of experience spanning healthcare, digital transformation, enterprise technology, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategy. Beginning his career as a qualified podiatrist after completing a Bachelor of Podiatry at La Trobe University, Tim transitioned from clinical practice into senior commercial and executive leadership roles, combining clinical insight with strong commercial execution. Across his career, Tim has held leadership positions across healthcare technology and medical organisations including Genesys, Induction Healthcare, Zedmed, and Orthopaedic Appliances. His expertise spans healthcare software, patient engagement technologies, aged care, hospital systems, and enterprise customer experience platforms. As Account Director for Healthcare at Genesys, Tim has led the design and execution of healthcare go-to-market strategy and sales across private healthcare sectors, including hospitals, aged care, life sciences and insurance.
