Associate Professor Shaun Hosein is the Clinical Director of Virtual Integrated Care at the Metro South Hospital and Health service, he is also a Senior Medical Clinical Coordinator with the Queensland Ambulance, and an Adjunct Associate Professor with Griffith University. His expertise spans clinical leadership, healthcare governance and high value patient centred care. His work focuses on addressing complex - adaptive problems and translating innovation into sustainable models of care through effective governance, workforce development, and overall system redesign. He is a firm believer that the future of health care is adaptive in nature and that it is achieved by bridging clinical evidence, strategy and real-world clinical practice.
