The team offers affirmative cover for healthcare companies’ use of artificial intelligence across triage, diagnostics and clinical support, helping innovative providers adopt new technology with confidence. Rocky has spent most of his career working at the intersection of healthcare, law and insurance. Prior to joining CFC in London, he worked at for Australia’s largest medical defence organisation, as a medico‑legal advisor and legal and policy officer. In that role, he advised doctors on their professional obligations, including telehealth delivery and the use of technology in clinical practice, and advocated for the medical profession in government consultations and policy forums. With experience spanning frontline medico‑legal advice, health policy and specialist underwriting, Rocky brings a practical and regulatory‑aware perspective on risk, innovation and patient safety in the rapidly evolving digital health landscape.
