PractaLuma moves clinical software beyond storage and into action: connecting practice management, AI-powered documentation, and workflows in a single system designed to reduce administrative burden and prevent clinician burnout. Ridhi brings a decade of clinical experience working as a registered psychologist across high-complexity settings. 
Her work is grounded in a single conviction: that burnout is a design problem, and that the next generation of healthcare technology will be defined not by what it records, but by what it enables.
