At RLDatix, Richard focuses on partnering with health and care organisations to streamline operations and elevate workforce practices—transforming rostering from an administrative task into a strategic capability that drives safer care, stronger compliance, and improved organisational performance. His experience spans both Workforce Management and Governance, Risk and Compliance, enabling a connected approach to operational excellence across the care continuum.
