Raheela is an Effectiveness and Outcomes Manager at Northern Health and a qualified podiatrist, holding a Bachelor of Health Science, Master of Podiatry and Master of Public Health. She has worked across healthcare operations in community and tertiary health services, with experience spanning clinical operations, program management, service improvement and digital health. Wanting to improve healthcare beyond individual clinical encounters led Raheela into health systems and effectiveness roles. She is passionate about using data and evidence to understand what is working, drive clinical effectiveness and ultimately ensure health services are delivering the outcomes that matter most to patients and communities.
