Dr Rae Donovan is the Chief Clinical Information Officer at eHealth Queensland and Senior Emergency Consultant at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. For more than a decade, Dr Donovan has provided clinical leadership to Queensland Health's digital transformation journey, from the first digital hospital implementation at the Princess Alexandra Hospital through to numerous statewide digital health rollouts. She has strengthened statewide digital health clinical governance including leading the development of Queensland Health's Digital Health Safety and Quality Framework, and chairs the Australian Digital Health Agency's AI Expert Advisory Group. Dr Donovan is passionate about engaging clinicians and building a digitally capable workforce, ensuring digital innovation delivers meaningful improvements in patient care, clinician workflows and consumer experiences.
