Paula comes from more than 15 years experience in the private sector. She has built businesses from the ground up, set up cross border operations from scratch, raised capital funds, restructured and pivoted strategies numerous times across businesses, including spending a 2-year period in Singapore setting up business operations across Southeast Asia. Since joining Austrade 5 years ago she has held various roles, from leading the Technology Sector team to now being Director for Trade Diversification.
