With over 20 years’ experience across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Paul has contributed to major healthcare projects spanning operating theatres, capital developments and emerging health technologies. This breadth gives him a clear perspective on why well-intentioned strategy often breaks down at the point of care, and what it takes to make it stick. He is leading the introduction of Cubro Opritech’s modular operating theatre solutions across Australia, enabling hospital operators to respond faster to demand, unlock capacity and rethink how surgical environments are designed and delivered. Paul brings a pragmatic, frontline perspective to digital health, focused on what works for clinicians and what drives measurable improvements in operational performance and patient outcomes.
