Nic Blair is an entrepreneur who has spent the last 15 years building companies at the intersection of technology and services and for the last four years, that's meant healthcare. In 2021 Nic founded Midnight Health with a simple belief: that digital technology could make healthcare more accessible, more integrated, and more effective for everyday Australians. Launching its first brand, Youly, the company grew to serve over 200,000 Australian’s across more than half a million consultations, raising $45m from nib health funds before being acquired and merging with Honeysuckle Health in early 2025. Nic now serves as Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at Honeysuckle Health Group, leading teams building enterprise platforms that unify clinical services and health data across private health insurance, corporate health, and personal injury. The focus is on improving patient outcomes and reduce the fragmentation that costs the system so much. A two-time winner of the Australia Young Entrepreneur Awards, Nic has also been recognised through EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Deloitte Technology Fast 50, and the QLD 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurial Award. At Digital Health Festival 2026, Nic brings that experience to one of the sector's most pressing questions: how do we turn the enormous volume of health data we're generating into care that is genuinely more personalised, more preventive, and more effective?
