Naim Fanaj is a psychiatrist and doctor of science in psychology, and Associate Professor at Alma Mater Europaea Campus College Rezonanca in Prishtina, Kosovo. He is Principal Investigator for Për Mendje të Shëndoshë (PMSH) in two Horizon Europe projects: RECONNECTED, which is developing and trialling a digital support system for mental health in vulnerable communities across nine European countries, and PROSPERH, which combines app-based tools with clinical evidence to support mental and physical health in changing work environments. He previously led Kosovo's participation in ImpleMentAll and MENTUPP, and spent years as Director of the Mental Health Centre in Prizren. His work sits where clinical psychiatry, implementation science and co-creation with communities meet, and returns to one question across every setting: how to make digital mental health support reach the people least likely to walk into a clinic.
