Mitzi Paderes is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Clinical Director with extensive experience in mental health service leadership, clinical governance, program implementation and service development. Her work spans the design and implementation of mental health programs, multidisciplinary workforce leadership, clinical quality and risk, and the delivery of innovative models of care across community, private and digitally enabled mental health settings. She has a particular interest in how digital solutions can improve access, strengthen service integration and create more responsive and sustainable mental health care.
