As Accenture’s Global Cyber Health Leader, Mitra shapes the global cyber strategy for healthcare, driving innovation and resilience across multiple geographies. Mitra is a trusted advisor to boards and executive committees, enabling effective governance, risk management, and strategic investment decisions. As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Healthscope in 2019 - 2022, Mitra defined and operationalised an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program spanning 42 hospitals and serving over one million patients annually. Under Mitra’s leadership, Healthscope achieved market-leading cyber maturity, delivering robust threat intelligence, resilient security solutions, and a culture of continuous improvement. As an Adjunct Professor at Deakin University, Mitra bridges industry and academia, mentoring the next generation of cyber leaders. As a long-standing ISACA Melbourne Chapter Board member for over 17 years, Mitra championed effective governance and member value.
