Mike focuses on the big challenges: reducing preventable illness, improving how consumers access trusted health information, and helping organisations cut administrative burden so they can spend more time delivering valuable services. He believes digital health foundations — interoperable systems, shared data, embedded digital skills and now responsible AI — are what turn innovation into real capacity, better services and better care. His work is grounded in a simple question: how do we make digital health actually work, at scale, for everyone?
