His move from clinician and researcher into senior medical administration has spanned roles including Chief Medical Officer at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, and Group Executive Director of Medical Services and Clinical Governance at Cabrini Health, where he led large multidisciplinary teams, stewarded major transformation programs, and oversaw accreditation, risk and safety across complex hospital networks. Today Matt works at the frontier of digital health, where clinical governance meets technology and artificial intelligence.
