Lyndon Goddard is the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Public Policy at Eucalyptus, one of Australia's largest telehealth platforms. In his legal role he advises on a wide range of health regulatory issues, including health practitioner regulation, the advertising of therapeutic goods and health services, pharmacy ownership rules, pharmacy practice rules, and poisons and therapeutic goods legislation. In his policy role he meets regularly with external stakeholders relevant to the telehealth and broader health sector, including government and peak bodies, and prepares submissions to public consultation processes on regulatory reform proposals.
