Kirby is a physiotherapist with a Master of Health Administration and 20 years’ experience as a senior healthcare leader across public and private hospitals, as well as community health. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Kirby brings extensive expertise in health service leadership, management, and strategy. He is passionate about delivering high-quality community care and supporting people to remain living safely in their homes while avoiding unnecessary hospitalisation. Kirby joined Prestige in August 2025. Kirby has recently joined the Assessment Committee for the Australian Physiotherapy Council, and has previous non-executive board director experience with Mecwacare.
