Dr Katherine Worsley is Chief Medical Officer for the Private Hospitals Division at St Vincent’s Health Australia, one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit health providers. She is responsible for clinical governance, patient safety, medical workforce strategy, and credentialling across a national network of private hospitals. In her role, she oversees governance frameworks supporting thousands of credentialled medical practitioners and works closely with executives, boards, and clinicians to strengthen quality, safety, and clinical performance. With more than 25 years of experience across public, private, and international healthcare systems, Dr Worsley has led major initiatives in clinical governance, digital health, workforce engagement, and service transformation. She has a particular interest in improving governance, credentialling, quality oversight, and organisational learning for clinicians and health services.
