Jonathan Freeman is the Founder and CEO of Club Active, one of Australia’s fastest-growing allied health and fitness brands focused on improving the lives of people over 50. With a background in exercise physiology and a passion for preventative healthcare, Jonathan has built a scalable model that integrates exercise, physiotherapy, and health services into a community-driven membership experience designed to help older adults stay stronger, healthier, and independent for longer. Under his leadership, Club Active has expanded rapidly across Australia through a combination of company-owned and franchise locations, with ambitions for international growth into the USA, UK, and beyond. Jonathan is recognised for his vision of transforming ageing through innovative healthcare delivery, technology, and accessible wellness solutions. In 2024, Jonathan was named Alumnus of the Year by Southern Cross University in recognition of his contribution to healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship. Driven by a long-term vision to redefine the future of healthy ageing, Jonathan is building an integrated global platform spanning allied health clinics, fitness, digital health, education, and over-50s communities.
