Jade Starkey is the Nursing and Midwifery Lead for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) within Hunter New England Health, part of Tranche A and the first Local Health District in NSW to go live. With a diverse clinical background across paediatric and adult settings, Jade brings a grounded, clinician-focused perspective to digital transformation.
Her leadership ensures that digital solutions such as SDPR are designed to enhance clinical safety, efficiency, and usability while supporting staff through large-scale change. She has developed sustainable change and engagement frameworks that empower clinicians to adapt confidently, fostering digital capability and ownership across the workforce.
