Hayden McComb is an experienced digital health leader with a strong track record in delivering complex technology, service redesign and clinical transformation initiatives across healthcare. Hayden has played a key role in the successful implementation of the Prisoner Electronic Medical Record, helping modernise healthcare delivery in correctional environments through improved access to clinical information, stronger continuity of care and safer, more efficient services. In 2025, Hayden received the eHealth Queensland Excellence in Leadership Award in recognition of leadership in digital transformation. Hayden is passionate about designing practical, sustainable digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and support frontline care.
