Greg Procter is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Avive Health, Australia's fastest-growing private mental health hospital group. Founded in 2021, Avive operates state of the art  hospitals in Melbourne and in Brisbane, with a second Melbourne hospital opening in 2026 and its Adelaide hospital scheduled for early 2027, alongside a national telehealth psychiatry platform, Cloud Clinic.

Greg's career spans across private healthcare, digital health, and corporate finance and advisory. including roles as CEO of InnoWell, a digital mental health technology company, and as Chief Commercial Officer at Healthe Care Australia, one of the country's largest private hospital operators.

At Avive, Greg has driven the development of a clinically integrated technology ecosystem, from electronic medical records and medication management through to environmental sensing, circadian rhythm lighting, and a digital hospital-in-the-home model - built around a single purpose: delivering the right care, in the right place, at the right time, for every patient on their mental health journey.
