Dave Jereb is an occupational therapist, author, speaker and founder of MoveAbout Therapy Services, a multi-site occupational therapy organisation with a team of 40+ across NSW. Over the past 25 years, Dave has worked as a clinician, business owner and coach, helping people and organisations rethink the relationship between individuals, their environments and the systems that shape everyday life. His work explores how we can design workplaces, healthcare and technology that enhance human connection, build capability and create more meaningful lives. Drawing on occupational therapy, leadership and business, Dave brings a fresh perspective to some of healthcare's biggest challenges. Dave is the author of the Amazon bestselling Challenging the Story, creator of the 3S Framework for Supported Self-Development and the ABC-IDEAS Framework for Behaviour Support, and delivers keynote presentations and workshops across Australia. In 2025, he received the Occupational Therapy Australia Oration Award for his contribution to the profession.
