Associate Professor Daryl Cheng is a medical executive leader and digital health consultant. He is a practicing consultant paediatrician and Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne (RCH). He holds clinical research and educational posts as Honorary Senior Clinical Research Fellow, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and Honorary Principal Fellow at the Department of Paediatrics, University of Melbourne. A/Prof Cheng engages in systems thinking, innovation and digital design work whilst leading the RCH Digital Innovation & EMR Team and via his appointment at the Centre for Health Analytics (CHA). He is the Chief Medical Officer of Magentus and a sought-after medical advisor and consultant for healthcare and technology startups, incubator labs and private sector companies on strategic projects ranging from digital health, data analytics and strategy and transformation.
