Dr Bryan Tan is the Chief Health Officer for Salesforce APAC providing thought leadership and strategic counsel to governments and healthcare organisations globally. He started in health technology over 20 years ago as the lead author of one of the world's largest electronic clinical decision support databases - MIMS Drug Interactions - used as a reference text by clinicians around ANZ, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Salesforce, he was the Senior Physician Executive for Cerner and Senior Supplier for the iEMR in QLD and EHR consultant for the NSW eHealth's eMeds/EMR programme, NSW Local Health Districts and various Victorian area Health Services EMR rollouts. He also served on Cerner's five member international panel for population health during its inception. Dr Bryan Tan has also worked on studies as strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co, primarily in the healthcare practice for both large public and private clients. He has completed an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) - where he was the recipient of the AGSM Excellence Scholarship - and at the Ivy League Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
