Professor Angus Turner has provided outreach eye care services in outback Western Australia for 15 years as the McCusker Director of Lions Outback Vision. His research has focussed on collaborative digital health using remote imaging to streamline surgical access and now harnessing AI for point of care diagnostics. He has founded Ninox Vision to take AI eye screening to GPs in the real world.
