Dr Amanda Kwong is a paediatric physiotherapist and postdoctoral researcher whose mission is to ensure that every baby at risk of cerebral palsy is identified as early as possible. Specialising in early neurodevelopmental screening and digital health innovation, she co-pioneered the Baby Moves smartphone application, the most widely used app in technology-assisted General Movements Assessment research globally, adopted across 20+ international studies. Her research translates important infant movement assessments into accessible clinical tools, closing the gap between evidence and practice for Australia's most vulnerable newborns. Dr Amanda Kwong is based in Melbourne with the University of Melbourne, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and the Royal Women’s Hospital.
