Dr. Vuong Thanh Huong is a Senior Researcher, Director of Center for Education Information at Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences (VNIES). With more than 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Huong has participated in various educational researches regarding to educational planning and management, education management information systems, application of ICT in education and comparative studies on education development between Vietnam and foreign countries. Dr. Huong has served as a high profile consultant  for a number of WB, ADB and other prominent international funded projects in Vietnam.  Furthermore, Dr. Huong has been well exposed to international practice and has developed efficient and fruitful relationships with the international donors and national educational management units at different levels.
