Dr. Eliatamby, who is the Deputy Vice Chancellor(Academic Innovations) at INTI International University and the Vice President of Teaching Learning Innovation across INTI Education Group has been instrumental in curriculum development, measuring student outcomes, quality assurance initiatives, teaching and learning, professional development and e learning across INTI. She managed the successful learning management system migration across INTI, the deployment of the blended learning initiative at INTI and hybrid learning. She spearheaded the innovation agenda at INTI which included the strategic deployment of e learning, change management, faculty development, flipped classroom, online assessment,gamification, mentoring and  quality assurance mechanisms in e learning. She is now actively engaged with the deployment of analytics and big data across the group.
