Hasimah Abang Zen hails from Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. She has been serving in the education field for 27 years. She has held the following posts: Chemistry and Biology teacher for ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels, School Supervisor and Head of Service and Staffing in her District Education Office. She is currently a Super Principal at Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang, Miri with 16 years of experience as a school administrator. The school was given the status of Malaysia’s Cluster School of Excellence in 2011 and 1st Malaysian school to be recognized as Microsoft Mentor School 2014. Hasimah champions Project Based Learning.
