Jerome Ajdenbaum is Vice President of FinTech and Business Development for IDEMIA. Leveraging his experience as an entrepreneur, he is responsible for growing IDEMIA’s business with FinTech organizations. Since he joined IDEMIA in 2007, Jerome has held various management roles in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management for Payment, Telecom and Transit customers.
In 2008, he initiated the US EMV migration strategy that helped IDEMIA take a leadership position. Prior to joining IDEMIA, he worked in various positions for Gemalto and Bull CP8, the company that invented the smart card. In 2000, he founded and developed Iteon, a company specializing in smart card innovation, consulting and software development, creating a business with blue chip customers in the US, Europe, and Asia.
He holds 10 patents on payment security and value-added services. Jerome holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA from Caen University, France.
