Susana Delali Akosua Kudjoe, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Ghana Railway Development Authority (GRDA)

Ms Susana Akosua Delali Kudjoe is a seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning both private and public sectors. She is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Railway Development Authority, with primary responsibility for General Services, responsible for the Finance, Administration and Human Resource directorates of the Authority. Ms. Kudjoe is also the owner of KCS Restaurant and Catering Services, the first fast food outlet in the Volta Region of Ghana, employing over 40 individuals. Her entrepreneurial acumen and commitment to business excellence have been evident throughout her career. Educated at the Ho Technical University and the University of Ghana, Susana holds diplomas in Business Studies and Youth Development Work, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from EP University College in Ho, awarded by the University of Cape Coast. In 2021, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Governance from the Business University of Costa Rica (UNEM), further solidifying her expertise in organizational leadership and strategic management. Beyond her occupation and business ventures, Ms. Kudjoe is deeply committed to community development and youth and female empowerment.
