No, we pride ourselves on bringing the aerospace community together to network and build partnerships in person.

In 2026, the event will bring together 1,500 senior executives and technical leaders from across the whole aerospace value chain. This includes airlines, MROs, OEMs, and their partners.

The Standard Pass is completely free, and includes access to the conference, exhibition, and workshops, as well as limited access to our event app. Limited app access means you can view exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors, but not the full attendee list. You're also not able to schedule 1-2-1 meetings via the app.

The Networking Pass is £995, and includes everything in the Standard Pass, as well as full app access. You're able to view all event attendees, and arrange 1-2-1 meetings. We run early bird discounts throughout the year starting from £200, so the earlier you book, the more you can save.

Our VIP Access Pass is complimentary, but is only available for airline, aircraft manufacturer, and airline-operated MRO executives. This pass provides full access to the conference, exhibition, workshops, and event app.

Visit our booking page here to secure your ticket.

The exhibition is open on both days of the event. Both the conference and the exhibition are open across 11 - 12 November.

Our dedicated networking app is available for all Aerospace Tech Week attendees. The app makes it easy to view the conference agenda, view the floor plan, access event content, and connect with the right people in advance. You can also access your Badge via the app, which grants you access to the festival.

Full app access is only available in our Networking Pass. Our Standard Pass provides limited access only; you're able to see and message speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors only, but not all attendees.

Access to the app opens 2-3 weeks before the event begins.

Once you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive your ticket directly to your inbox. Your ticket can also be accessed via the event app.

Upon arrival at the venue, simply show the QR code from either your emailed ticket or from the “My Badge” section within the app at the registration desk. We will print out your badge for you.
