Ronald Mugisha is the Senior Cyber & Fraud Risk Officer at the Uganda Bankers' Association (UBA), where he leads sector wide initiatives strengthening fraud prevention, incident response, and cyber resilience across Uganda's financial institutions. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and fraud risk management, Ronald has been central to building collaborative, industry wide approaches to combating financial crime, including Uganda's sector wide fraud reporting infrastructure and public awareness efforts under the Financial Sector Anti-Fraud Consortium (AFC). He holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BSc in Computer Science & Economics from Uganda Martyrs University.
