Lesego Masite CA(SA), MBA, EDP   Lesego Masite is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and accomplished finance executive with over 15 years of executive leadership experience spanning the financial services, logistics, technology, mining, and pharmaceutical sectors. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School and has completed the Executive Development Programme (EDP) at the University of the Witwatersrand Business School.   Throughout her career, Lesego has established herself as a commercially astute and strategically focused finance leader, partnering with boards, executive committees, and business leaders to drive sustainable growth, enhance enterprise value, and strengthen governance. Her experience encompasses financial strategy, capital allocation, treasury and liquidity management, financial planning and analysis, and commercial evaluations, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and business transformation.   As Chief Financial Officer of the 96 Year Old Automobile Association of South Africa (AASA), Lesego provides executive leadership across the finance function and serves as a trusted adviser to Executive Committees, and Board. She is responsible for shaping the organization's financial strategy, safeguarding its financial sustainability, strengthening governance and risk management frameworks, optimizing capital and cash flow, and enabling strategic decision-making that supports long-term value creation for members and stakeholders.   Prior to joining the AASA, Lesego held senior executive finance roles including Finance Director at SkyNet South Africa, Chief Financial Officer at Brandmed Group, and Commercial Financial Manager at Imperial Health Sciences. Across these roles, she successfully led complex finance functions, commercial strategy, corporate governance, performance improvement initiatives, and organizational transformation within multi-entity businesses operating in dynamic and highly regulated industries.   Recognized for her ability to translate complex financial and commercial information into strategic insight, Lesego has extensive experience in board reporting, corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, governance, internal controls, commercial negotiations, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
