Lise Marie Grav, Postdoc, Technical University of Denmark

Lise Marie Grav is a postdoctoral researcher at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability at the Technical University of Denmark. She graduated with a Ph.D. in biotechnology in early 2018 from the same university and has worked in the field of CHO cell line engineering and development since 2014. Her research focuses on optimizing CHO cell lines to improve therapeutic protein production. Mainly by developing efficient genome editing tools and utilizing these in consort with ‘omics data to speed up cell line generation and gain more predictable outcomes in terms of therapeutic protein titer and quality.
